Brooke Shaw has spent the past 5½ years cultivating a culture of mentorship and excellence within the Procurement and Logistics team. Under her leadership, the team has consistently delivered results that exceed expectations—demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, time management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. As a skilled negotiator, Brooke bridges communication between designers, suppliers, and clients to ensure a seamless flow of information and materials. Her 20+ years in customer service, combined with a BA in Psychology from Auburn University, give her a unique ability to understand and respond to the needs of those around her. Brooke is passionate about strategic planning and thrives in the fast-paced environment of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Her journey from expediting to her current role as Director is a testament to her adaptability and problem-solving expertise.

A year ago, Brooke expanded her role by dipping her toes into the world of retail operations—further strengthening the connection between departments and bringing more excitement and southern hospitality to 35 Main.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys traveling with her husband Matt and their two children, Kaitlyn and Tripp, creating lasting memories and exploring new places. Together, Brooke and Matt share a deep love for helping others and a passion for music. Whether supporting their kids through cheerleading, firefighting, or faith-based activities, or serving their community, they are always looking for ways to make a positive impact.
