As Director of Marketing at J. Banks Design, Sarah Vanderslice Cunningham combines professional expertise with a lifelong connection to the firm. Growing up alongside her mother, founder Joni Burden, Sarah gained an intrinsic understanding of the company’s culture, values, and creative vision.

In her leadership role, Sarah blends this heritage of knowledge with a modern approach to brand strategy, communications, and client engagement. She is dedicated to honoring J. Banks Design’s legacy while expanding its presence in an evolving marketplace, ensuring the firm’s story continues to inspire clients around the world.

Sarah lives in Bluffton with her husband, John, and their son, Josiah, and goes to the Seed Church in Savannah, GA.
