Marketing Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a high energy, creative and task-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our Director of Brand Management and Marketing team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and be able to effectively manage multiple initiatives effectively.

A partial list of job responsibilities include:

  • Create promotional materials throughout the organization, including print, direct mail, point-of-purchase displays, signage and all promotional and collateral sales and marketing materials ensuring brand identity and messaging is portrayed
  • Prepare design presentations and RFI’s
  • Prepare and submit packages for design competitions, awards and editorial coverage
  • Collaborate on special events (conferences, special promotions,etc.)
  • Liaise with regional, national and global magazines and newspapers for editorial content
  • Coordinate content for company Blog
  • Schedule and coordinate photography of commercial and residential projects
