Examples of projects in this category that we have been very proud to feature are the Monterey Peninsula Country Club in Pebble Beach, California; Mayacama Villas in Sonoma County, California; the Ohoopee Match Club in Cobbtown, Georgia; the BallenIsles Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; the John’s Island Club in Vero Beach, Florida; and the Moreland Village at Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina.

With each of these properties, we took into consideration the natural surroundings and the attitude of the communities with our design programs. We also worked with the project architects to ensure that the architecture and the interiors expressed a seamlessness. Many of the properties are golf clubs with storied golf courses spreading beyond the windows of the restaurants, spas, dining rooms, game rooms and gathering spaces we created within the clubhouses.

Designing hospitality projects is one of our specialties at J. Banks Design Group and our philosophy that a home should feel like a resort and a resort should feel like home infuses every project we undertake. At the end of the day, people live in our spaces each and every day (and, when they are residences, sleep within them each night) so our goal is to create interior design that pleases those who interact with it in so many ways.
